This letter is concerning the Hawaii County Council's upcoming hearings -on the Hamaku;

Community Development Plan (CDP).

I am in agreement with many of my neighbors in the Paauilo area that references regarding
view sheds may have unintended consequences and precipitate conflicts unnecessarily.
Therefore, I am in favor of removal of the CDP paragraphs 4.5.4 and 4.5.6 in the plan.
