The proposed amendments are shown in <br /> Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Bill No. 160; material to be deleted is bracketed <br /> and stricken and material to be added is underscored. <br /> For illustrative purposes, a copy of the draft of this bill that would result if these proposed <br /> amendments are adopted, is attached with the amendments incorporated therein. <br /> 1. Bill No. 160, SECTION 1, relating to the purpose of this ordinance, would be amended to <br /> read as follows: <br /> "SECTION 1. The purpose of this ordinance is to add language to specify <br /> that in the course of discharging their duties, County officers and employees <br /> truthful.] shall provide accurate and factual information to the public.” <br /> 2.
