SUBJECT: Requests the Parks and Recreation Dept. to provide an update on their
Memorandum of Understanding with Na Hoa Holomoku of Hawai`i Yacht Club
and the removal of the club's sailboats from Hilo Bayfront.
We respectfully request that this be placed on the appropriate committee scheduled for August 7,
2018 for 45 minutes.
