SUBJECT: An ordinance amending Chapter 2, Article 15 of the Hawai`i County Code
1983 (2016 Edition, as amended) relating to ethics
On June 18, 2018, Bill 160 was postponed to the Call of the Chair in the Finance Committee. I
have submitted amendments to the bill and now am requesting, by means of this communication,
that the bill be placed back on a Finance Committee meeting agenda at your earliest
convenience.
