Re: Operating Budget
In the current Budget Ordinance 18-68, $92,000 is appropriated in the Office of the Prosecuting
Attorney's Agricultural Crimes Project account. Additional funding is being provided by the
Hawai`i State Department of Agriculture for this project. The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney
requests that this appropriation be increased by an additional $106,789.
Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating these
additional funds into the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney's Agricultural Crimes Project account,
bringing the total appropriation to $198,789.
If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call Lee Lord of the Office of the Prosecuting
Attorney at 934-3315.
