These funds will be used for the Department of Environmental <br /> Management's Solid Waste Division's Electronic Waste Recycling program. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution to enter into an agreement to accept these funds. Also enclosed is a bill <br /> for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this $160,000 grant. The <br /> Department of Environmental Management is requesting that this resolution and bill be waived <br /> from Finance Committee and be placed on the August 8, 2018 Council agenda to expedite the <br /> receipt of these funds.
