Hey Richard, I wrote a small letter about the testimony and I'm not sure how I should send it
to them so I decided to send it to you, You may send it to them if you wish

To whom it may concern, I am Tyler Jeschke a 16 year old junior member of the NHH
sailing club. I love to go sailing when I can and even though I am not very experienced,
every time I get in the boat I learn something new. I am a passionate surfer and diver and
love the water. Please don't take away this wonderful learning opportunity for both the
youth and adults alike. The NHH sailing club has been nothing but educational and
supportive when I sail. Allowing this club to operate as they have been will allow the people
of hawaii to be passionate about the ocean and the way it provides for us. Thank you-
