CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRICULTURAL—TWENTY ACRES (A-20a) TO
AGRICULTURAL—FIVE ACRES (A-5a) AT PAPA`ALOA, NORTH HILO,
HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY: 3-5-004:023

The Windward Planning Commission forwards its favorable recommendation for
this change of zone, which would allow the applicant to apply for subdivision of the
property into two lots. The applicants currently resides in a home on one lot and
plans to convey the other lot to their children. The property is located on Kihalani
Homestead Road.
