This agreement is to receive $10,000 to be used to support a needs- <br /> assessment of the Waimea agricultural sector to be used in the development of a master <br /> plan of the Kamuela Vacuum Cooperative. Also enclosed is a bill for an ordinance <br /> amending the Operating Budget to appropriate these funds. <br /> The Department of Research and Development requests that this bill and resolution be <br /> waived from the Finance Committee in order to be placed on the September 19, 2018 <br /> Council agenda in order to expedite the receipt of these funds.
