Aloha, my name is Glenn Carvalho, born and raised in Hilo and am a resident of
Pepeekeo since 1974. I am also a member of the HHCDP Steering Committee,
I am here to testify in favor of approval of of CDP.
It has been a long process, over 9 years, Attending, I don't know how many meetings,
listing to hours of public testimony, looking at maps, etc..
I also want to assure this Committee that there was lots of discussion among the
Steering Committee members regarding the key issues in this document.
I truly believe it reflects the wishes and values of the residents in our diverse
communities.
Therefore, I respectfully request that accept the CDP as it is.
