RE: Amendment to Resolution No. 666-18; A Resolution Authorizing the
Employment of a Private Attorney as Part of an Intergovernmental Agreement
with the State of Hawai`i to Represent the County of Hawaii and Named County
Officials in Young v. State of Hawai`i,No. 12-17808
Attached please find Resolution No. 666-18, Draft 2. The Council amended Resolution
No. 666-18 with the contents of Communication No. 1041.2, during its September 5, 2018,
meeting.
The Council suspended Rule No. 24.1(e) relating to the holdover of amended legislation to allow
for the adoption of this resolution after said amendment.
