The purpose of this ordinance is to increase the filing fee for subdivision applications since the current fee structure is inadequate to cover the cost of processing the applications and other related expenses such as the drafting of the subdivided lots on the Tax Map Plat sheets. The County has assumed the function and responsibility for the plotting of approved subdivision lots and all other amendments to Tax Map Plat sheets effective July 1, 1998.
