Subject: No GE tax hike
No increase in GE tax. That hurts the poor disproportionately. Increase property taxes on multi-million dollar
luxury vacation homes. I was told by a subcontractor on a house built at Kukio (next to Hualalai) on the Kona
coast that the true cost of the house built about 10 years ago was $69 million but the owner listed it with the
county tax office for under$20 million. That's criminal fraud. Close the loopholes and increase the property tax
rate on multi-million dollar vacation homes
