O'Hara is to ask fo f„u; modification of your Evacuation Order to allow those of us whose homes have not been damaged by the flow(s)over the last three months to allow us to return to our 9.3 properties to secure same from looters as best we can and to allow us to resume residency with the understanding that we would do so at our own risk with knowledge 1 that emergency/first responders may not respond in the event of change to the areas affected. In re our home owner's insurance coverage we have notified our carrier and V note that in our policy we are covered for loss by fire,wind etc risks of loss.
