Re: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 169; Relating to the Operating Budget for FY 2018-2019
On June 29, 2018, Ordinance 18-79 established the General Excise Tax (GET) Fund. Bill No.
169 was submitted to Council and on September 5, 2018, postponed to the September 19, 2018,
Council meeting for second and final reading.
,We request that the Council amend Bill No. 169 to reflect the following appropriations in -
Section 2, to read as follows (material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken, material to be added is
underscored):
"SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is/are hereby
appropriated to the following fund(s) and expenditure account(s) as set forth herein below:
