Attached please find Bill No. 169, Draft 2. Bill No. 169 was amended by the contents of
Communication No. 997.2 as duly approved by the Council during its September 19, 2018
meeting.
The Council suspended Rule No. 24(1)(e) relating to the holdover of amended legislation and
passed Bill No. 169, as amended to Draft 2, on second and final reading.
