SUBJECT: Resolution for the Hawaii County Council
Cunningham Building
The Hawaii County Housing Agency (HCHA) considered a request to
authorize the County of Hawaii to exempt general excise and real
property tax for the Cunningham Building Complex.
The HCHA reviewed and approved the resolution at its meeting of
June 23, 1999. The vote was 5 to 1, with Mr. Tyler voting "No".
Accordingly, I am requesting that this resolution be included on
the Council agenda for action at its July 8, 1999, meeting.
