SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 4)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to the Department of
Research and Development to provide a grant to Malama 0 Puna to assist with"Operation
Miconia", an effort to eradicate the invasive species in Pahoa and prevent its spread to the Wao
Kele 0 Puna rainforest.
Attached please find a resolution authorizing the transfer of$2,500 from the Clerk-Council
Services Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
