I fully support Bill 192 which will expand the responsibilities of the Dept of Environmental
Management department to allow the Animal Population Management services (spay and
neuter, over population control),to move to their administration.
Over population in this County is at an all time high with no strategic plan to address the issue
other than killing and eradication. There is a humane method to get to zero population growth
in target areas and to reach a sustainable level of animal population.
Please vote in support of Bill 192.
