Dear Members of the County Council,
We encourage your support of Resolution 727-18 needed to provide a minimum and humane care
of animals on our island.
Every day we are confounded by the cruelty to animals with abuse, neglect or abandonment of
unwanted litters of cats and dogs.
We do hope that this resolution will foster of encouragement of the humane means of controlling v
