In regards to Bill 108,please know that I live next door to a vacation rental. I live in
Komohana Kai II sub-div.
I have been disturbed by loud vacationers many times. East coast people that wake up at
3:00&4:00amand head for the pool,turning every light on in the house,talking loud,
dragging patio furniture around completely oblivious to the fact it's completely pitch dark out
or that neighbors are sleeping.
I'm sick of it, my husband is sick of it, our neighbors are sick of it.
Now,.this past Sunday morning, the cleaning people show up at the vacation rental next to
me at 6:15A]VM come on, really???? Again dragging patio furniture out on to the lanai,
talking loudly between rooms.
I'm so tired of having to ask these people to please be quieter.
Residential neighborhoods need to be protected. This is outrageous and will only continue to
get worse not better.
Vacation rentals should NOT be allowed in Residential neighborhoods.
Please consider all these negative issues regarding Vacation Rentals in Residential
Neighborhoods.
