"Tim" Richards, III, Member (came in later) Absent & Excused: STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS: COMMUNI- CATIONS: ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS Mr. Aaron Chung, Member Ms. Jennifer Ruggles, Member The Chair directed the Committee to proceed to the next order of business, Statements from the Public on Agenda Items. (There were none.) ACTING CHR. DAVID: We'll close Statements from the Public and move on to Order of Resolutions. The Chair directed the Committee to proceed to the next order of business, Communications. (There were none.) The Chair directed the Committee to proceed to the next order of business, Order of Resolutions. ACTING CHR. DAVID: Mr. Clerk, Resolution 691-18. PWPRC-25 October 2, 2018 Res. 691-18: ACCEPTS THE DEDICATION OF ROAD LOTS A, G, AND R-1, IDENTIFIED AS TAX MAP KEYS: 7-4-024:013 AND 7-4-024:016, SITUATED AT HONOKOHAU 2-- DISTRICT OF NORTH KONA, ISLAND AND COUNTY OF HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII, FROM MCCLEAN HONOKOHAU PROPERTIES. A HAWAII LIMITED PARTNERSHIP The County seeks dedication of these road lots for public roadway purposes, pursuant to Chapter 23 of the Hawaii County Code. Reference: Comm. 1074 Intr. by: Ms. David (B/R) Motion to Approve: Ms. Poindexter moved to recommend adoption of Res. 691-18. Seconded by Ms. Eoff. ACTING CHR. DAVID: I want to make note that Mr. Kim, of Corporation Counsel, recommends the acceptance of this proposal. We have Joe Kamelamela here for any questions that we may have. I'll open it up for discussion, Council Members. No? None? Alright, all those in favor of approving Resolution 691-18 and forwarding it to the Council with a positive recommendation please say Ic aye. Vote on Res. 691-18: The motion to recommend adoption of Res. 691-18 was (Approved) carried by the following voice vote: Ayes: Committee Members Eoff, Kanuha, Lee Loy, O'Hara, Poindexter, Richards, and Acting Chair David — 7.
