Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to increase wastewater service <br /> charge rates to cover the costs of providing those services. These increases will reduce the <br /> Wastewater Division's dependence on the General Fund and provide for improved maintenance <br /> and repair of the facilities. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 21, article 4, Section 21-36.1, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 <br /> (2016 edition, as amended) is amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 21-36.1.
