Resolution
WHEREAS, the road remnants known as -Remnants 20 and 21 located along Alii
Drive in Holualoa let and 2nd, North Kona, Hawaii has not been abandoned; and
WHEREAS, said roadway remnants is no longer of any use to the County of
Hawaii;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
that the road remnantb known as Remnants 20 and 21 located along Alii Drive as
delineated in red on the map attached hereto and marked Exhibit A, be and is
hereby declared abandoned as a roadway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be authorized and directed
to forward a copy of this resolution to the Department of Sand and Natural
Resources, State of Hawaii, Mr. Berlon A. Roberts, Mr. James Okimoto, and to
the Department of Pablic Works of the County of Hawaii.
