These positions would be funded through a State grant. Res. 740-18: AUTHORIZES THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF HAWAIIAN HOME LANDS (DHHL) FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII TO RECEIVE REIMBURSEMENT FUNDS FOR SPEED HUMP INSTALLATION ON PROPERTY HELD BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HAWAIIAN HOME LANDS DHHL would provide a share of the costs of the County's installation of speed humps along the entire length of Pakele Lane in Keaukaha.
