Resolution
WHEREAS, Section 5-3.3 of the Charter of the County of
Hawaii requires that the Council designate the banks in which
county funds can be deposited;
WHEREAS, the City Bank of Honolulu will be opening a branch
office in Hilo, Hawaii; and
WHEREAS, the Bank of America NTSA will serve as paying agent
on Improvement District No. 11, Discovery Harbor and Adjacent
Lands, bonds and interest coupons;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII:
1. That the City Bank of Honolulu and the Bank of America
NTSA be added to the list of depositories designated for
deposit of county funds; and
2. That this Resolution be effective immediately.
