Ms. Toci currently works as the Program Director of Domestic Violence, Sex Abuse Treatment, and Family Strengthening Service with Child and Family Services in Hilo. She holds a Bachelors degree in Sociology, Administration of Justice, and Philosophy, and a Masters degree Marriage and Family Therapy. Ms. Toci volunteers much of her time to community activities that address issues of domestic violence and has been a long time member of the Family Violence Interagency Committee. She also provides training on domestic violence prevention to various groups throughout the county. Ms. Toci is a lifelong resident of Hawai'i County and is not a member of any political • party.
