Resolution
WHEREAS, Parcels 1, 2, 2-A and 3 (being a portion of the l,ailoa Flood
Control Channel riqht-of-way, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii) have not been
abandoned; and
WHEREAS, said Parcels 1, 2, 2-A and 3 are no longer of any use to the
County of Hawaii;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
that the parcels located within the Wailoa Flood Control Channel right-of-way,
delineated in red on the maps attached hereto and marked Exhibit A, E, C and
D, be and are hereby declared abandoned.
DE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be authorized and directed
to forward a Copy of this resolution to Robert M. Yamada and Emma L. Yamada,
the Department of Land and Natural Resources, State of Hawaii, and the
Department of Public Works of the County of Hawaii.
Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this 2nd day of February 1971.
