Resolution
WHEREAS, the road reserve known as Ihi Street within the Mokaulele
Heights House Lots, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii has not been abandoned;
and
WHEREAS, said roadway is no longer of any use to the County of
Hawaii;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
that the road reserve known as Ihi Street located within the Mokaulele
Heights House Lots as delineated in red on the map attached hereto and
marked Exhibit A, be and is hereby declared abandoned as a roadway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be authorized and directed
to forward a copy of this resolution to the Department of Land and Natural
Resources, State of Hawaii, and to the Department of Public Works of the
County of Hawaii.
