Resolution
WHEREAS, the 40 -foot road reserve, known as Parcels 1 and 2 located
within the Waimea Homesteads, Block 9, Lalamilo, Waimea, South Kohala,
Hawaii has not been abandoned; and
WHEREAS, said roadway is no longer of any use to the County of
Hawaii;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
that the 40 -foot road reserve known as Parcels 1 and 2 located within the
Waimea Homesteads, Block 9, as delineated in red on the map attached hereto
and marked Exhibit A. be and is hereby declared abandoned as a roadway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be authorized and directed
to forward a copy of this resolution to the Department of Land and Natural
Resources, State of Hawaii. and to the Department of Public Works of the
County of Hawaii.
