1983 (2016 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO
THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL
MANAGEMENT Establishes an Environmental Quality
Control program to mitigate nuisance factors at County
facilities and County-owned properties under the control of the
department, such as improperly-handled refuse and
wastewater, invasive plants, and feral cats, dogs, and pigs.
