As a resident living in the Puna district I urge you to make ROAD CONSTRUCTION your top priority as
written in the Resolution 732. There appears to be delay tactics from State and County
causing hardships for all Puna residents. Do the right thing and get it done. Stop trying to
make everyone `happy" and look at the big picture then move forward!
