Aloha,
I am a long time resident of this area and living on Papio Street where excess traffic is now traveling due to the
current road conditions caused by Kilauea.And the increase of large cinder trucks on these roads is definitely a
concerning issue especially since these wide trucks are barely able to stay in their lane and there is no safe shoulder
to accommodate opposite traffic drivers.Also there are plenty of people that walk and bike along the edge of the
pavement along Kahakai Boulavard making this even more dangerous.
I urge you to please consider Resolution 732-18 before someone gets seriously injured.
