I disagree that.Coastal Puna Parkway shouldLQbe connected ton:Go7vt. Beach Road in
order to bypass Honolulu Landing. Coastal Puna Parkway is also entirely within the
tsunami zone It would be a waste of County funds to build a new road just one block
mauka of the existing road. It is shortsighted to change the alignment of roads before
there is a long-range master plan in place to provide a coastal connection between
HPP and Four Corners.
It is reprehensible to give neighbors a 48 hour window to respond to this Resolution.
At the very least we request a delay in decision so that neighbors who are affected
may have time to respond. Residents on Coastal Puna Parkway are unaware that our
