I do not believe that connecting Coastal Puna Parkway to Govt. Beach Road to bypass
Honolulu Landing is a financial feasible plan. Opening up the access by Four Corners would
be a much more cost effective solution and would take a lot less time.
We do need alternative routes but from a cost perspective this is not the answer.
These are residential streets,the trucks are driving way too fast through the area and tearing up
the roads.
