Resolution No. 56e
WHEREAS, pursuant to County Charter Section 3-14 interim amendments
to the Salary Ordinance may be by resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
that the Salary Ordinance is hereby amended for the following departments:
SECTION 9,08 (c). BUREAU OF PLANS AND SURVEYS (DPW).
1. By adding one position of Civil Engineer V SR -26
2. By adding one position of Civil Engineer II SR -19
3. By deleting one position of Civil Engineer IV SR -24
4. By deleting one position of Civil Engineer I SR -17
SECTION 9.09 (a). OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR OF PARKS AND RECREATION MR).
1. By adding one position of Accountant I SR -15
2. By deleting one position of Cost Account Clerk SR -13
SECTION 9.09 (c). MAINTENANCE DIVISION (P&R).
1. By adding one position of Equipment Operator II WB -9
(temporary as needed)
2. By adding one position of Tractor Mower Operator WB -4
(temporary as needed)
3. By adding one position of Power Mower Operator WB -3
( temporary as needed)
4. By adding one position of Park Caretaker I WB -2
(temporary as needed)
5. By adding one position of Biiildi.ng Maintenanceman WB -9
(temporary as needed)
6. By adding one position of Building Maintenanceman
Helper WB -5 (temporary as needed)
7. By adding one position of Mechanical Repairman WB -9
(temporary as needed)
SECTION 9,10, FIRE DEPARTMENT.
1. By adding one position of Fire Lieutenant SR -22
2. By deleting one position of Fire Equipment Operator SR -20
SECTION 9.12. POLICE DEPARTMENT.
1. By adding 3 positions of Police Officer II SR -18
2. By adding 2 positions of Police Officer I SR -17
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy each of this Resolution be
transmitted to the departments of Finance, Public Works, Parks and
Recreation, Fire, Police, County Council, Personnel Services and Corporation
Counsel for their information.
