Resolution
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO CALL FOR BOND REDEMPTION.
WHEREAS, sufficient moneys are available in the special fund of
"Improvement District No. 3 - Okino Subdivision Road", "Improvement
District No. 4 -- Pohakulani Street" and "Improvement District No. 8 -
Lot #715 Subdivision Road Off Komohana Street" with which to redeem
bonds and to pay interest on outstanding bonds of said improvement
districts on the next interest due date;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL in and for
the County of Hawaii that the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to call for payment and to pay on December 15, 1972, to-
gether with accrued interest to said date, the bonds of "Improvement
District No. 3 - Okino Subdivision Road" with Serial Nos. 4 and 5,
inclusive, "Improvement District No. 4 - Pohakulani Street" with Serial
Nos. 13 and 14, inclusive, and "Improvement District No. 8 - Lot #718
Subdivision Road Off Komohana Street" with Serial No. 1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and is hereby
directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the Director of
Finance , County of Hawaii.
