Resolution
AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO CALL FOR BOND REDEMPTION.
WHEREAS, sufficient money is available in the special fund
of "Improvement District No. 2, Kahaluu-Keauhou, Kona, Hawaii"
with which to redeem bonds and to pay interest on outstanding
bonds of said improvement district on the next interest due date;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL in and
for the County of Hawaii that the Director of Finance be and he
is hereby authorized to call for payment and to pay on January
15, 1973, together with accrued interest to said date, the bonds
of "Improvement District No. 2, Kahaluu-Keauhou, Kona, Hawaii"
with Serial Nos. 31 to 38, inclusive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and is
hereby directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the
Director of Finance, County of Hawaii.
Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this 9th day of November, 1972.
