WHEREAS? RICHARD G. LDWARDS has served as a councilman
of the County Council, County of Hawaii, from January 2, 1969
to December 4, 1972: and
WHEREAS, the said RICEARD G. EDWARDS' devotion to his
duties has contributed immeasurably to the general welfare
of the citizenry of the County of Hawaii,
I-ITOW0, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL
IN AND FOR THE COMMY OF PAWAII that the said RICHARD G. EDWARDS
be and is hereby extended the appreciation of the people of
the County of Hawaii for his dedication to public service
as a councilman of the County Council of the County of Ilawaii,,
together with the sincere best wishes of this Council in all
of his future undertakings.
M IT FURTHER RI'SOLVED that the County Clerk be and
is hereby authorized and directed to forward a true copy of
this Resolution to RICHARD G. EDWARDS.
