Aloha Honorable Council members,
My name is Mary Rose Krijgsman and I am the Founder/President of Rainbow Friends
Animal Sanctuary.
I fully support bill 192 moving the responsibilities of Animal Population Management
Services like Spay and Neuter and Over population control to the Department of
Environmental Management.
At Rainbow Friends we have spay and neuter clinics and mini clinics all the time. We
have done close to 1000 surgeries since January 2018 and that does not include the spay
and neuters performed for us at regular vets.
We can get to zero population growth in a humane way. Let's do it.
