RESOLU'T'ION NO.
A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE HAWAII COUNTY COUNCIL'S HEARTFELT
GRATITUDE TO COUNCIL MEMBER EILEEN O'HARA FOR HER YEARS OF
DEDICATED SERVICE TO THE COUNTY OF HAWAII.
WHEREAS, Eileen O'Hara represented Council District 4 in the 2016-2018 Council
Term; and
WHEREAS, during the past two years, Council Member Eileen O'Hara has served as
Chair of the Environmental Management Committee, and Vice Chair of the Committees on
Agricultural, Water, and Energy Sustainability; and Committee on Planning; and
WHEREAS, Council Member Eileen O'Hara will complete her term of office at Noon
on Monday, December 3, 2018, having compiled an exemplary attendance and voting record for
all Council meetings held during her years in office; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that it
hereby extends its sincerest gratitude to Council Member. Eileen O'Hara for her years of service
and offers its best wishes for her continued health, success, happiness, and good fortune in her
personal and professional life.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this
resolution to Council Member Eileen O'Hara.
