Resolution No. 309
WHEREAS, pursuant to County Charter Section 3-14 interim amendments
to the Salary Ordinance may be by resolution;
NOW,, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
that the Salary Ordinance is hereby amended for the following department:
SECTION 9.11. FIRE DEPARTMENT
1. By deleting 2 positions of Battalion Chief SR -25
2. By deleting 9 positions of Fire Captain SR -23
3. By deleting 9 positions of Fire Lieutenant SR -21
4. By deleting 1 position of Fire Prevention Inspector SR -21
5. By deleting 2 positions of Assistant Fire Prevention Inspector SR -17
6. By deleting 33 positions of Fire Apparatus Operator SR -19
7. By deleting 8 positions of Fire, Search and Rescue Squadman SR -17
8. By deleting 54 positions of Fire Fighter SR -15
9. By adding 2 positions of Battalion Chief SR -26
10. By adding 9 positions of Fire Captain SR -24
11. By adding 9 positions of Fire Lieutenant SR -22
12. By adding 1 position of Fire Prevention Inspector II SR -22
13. By adding 2 positions of Fire Prevention Inspector I SR -19
14. By adding 33 positions of Fire Equipment Operator SR -20
15. By adding 8 positions of Fire, Search and Rescue Squadman SR -18
16. By adding 54 positions of Fire Fighter SR -16
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy each of this Resolution be
transmitted to the departments of Finance, Fire, County Council,
Personnel Services and Corporation Counsel for their information,
