WHEREAS, the 1971 Western Regional Conference of
the National Association of Counties which was held
in Hilo, Hawaii, at the Naniloa Hotel was an outstanding
success; and
WHEREAS, BILL DAVIS, General Manager of the
Naniloa, contributed to the great success of the
Conference by his outstanding hospitality displayed
during the events scheduled at the Naniloa; and
WHEREAS, the success of the Conference was due, in
a large Dart, to the patient, industrious efforts and the
aloha spirit of the members of the staff of the Hpnilca
Hotel,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII that it commends BILL DAMS and the Staff
of the Naniloa Hotel for their contribution to the successful
outcome of the 1971 Western Regional Conference of the
National Association of Counties.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk forward
a true copy of this resolution to BILL DAVIS, General
Manager of Naniloa Hotel.
