as an Enginee-rina Aide II, Bureau of Plans and Surveys,
Department of Public Works, County of Hawaii, expired while
tc.erving his country in Vietnam; and
VMERE:�AS, his demise evokes a great sense of grief and
pain to his family, friends and the citizenry of this County,
-alEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
