WHLREAS, SPECIALIST FIFTH CLASS ARTHUR K. KAWACHIKA
of Hilo, County and State of Hawaii, expired while serving
his country in Vietnam; and
WHEREAS., his demise evokes a great sense of grief
and pain to his family, friends and the citizenry of this
county..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII that it hereby extends its deepest sympathy
and condolences to his mother, Fujie Kawachika, of Hilo*
Hawaii.
BE IT FURTHER RSSOLVED that the County Clerk be and
is hereby instructed to forward a true copy of this resolution
to his mother, Fujie Kawachika,
