Resolution
WHEREAS, the construction of. the Keauhou Sewerage System, Phase I,
WPC -HAWAII -39, was completed on October 14, 1970; and
WHEREAS, the project has been inspected and accepted by the Chief Engineer
in and for the County of Hawaii; and
WHEREAS, notice of final settlement as required by Section 507-17 of the
Hawaii Revised Statutes was published on January 20, 1971,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL in and for the
County of Hawaii that it does hereby accept the Keauhou Sewerage System,
Phase I. WPC -HAWAII -39.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be directed to transmit a
true copy of this resolution to the Environmental Protection Agency.
