Resolution
WHEREAS, pursuant to County Charter Section 3-14 interim amendments
to the Salary Ordinance may be by resolution;
NO19, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
that the Sa.la.ry Ordinance is hereby amended for the following department:
SECTION 9.13. POLICE DEPARTMENT.
1. By adding 1 position of District Police Commander SR -24
2. By deleting I position of Assistant District Police Commander SR -20
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy each of this Resolution be transmitted
to the departments of Finance, Police, County Council, Personnel Services
and Corporation Counsel for their information.
