WHEREAS, on the 24th day of April, 1971,
MISS SHELLIE BEE. MANULANI ALLEN, eighteen -year old Hilo College
sophomore coed, was chosen from a group of lovely, talented
and charming maidens cas I'Miss Aloha Hawaii" for 1971-1972:

1, 'WHEREAS, the success of the Gattractive and gifted
MISS ALLEN over a field of seven other contestants has
won her the right to represent the County of Hawaii at the.
Miss Hawaii pageant; and
