WHEREAS, TOM NODA, who served as president of the United Public Workers in 1948, 1949, and 1950, has displayed outstanding loyalty and dedication to duty in all of his activities; and WHEREAS, MR. NADA has always been willing and able to assist and and all members of the UPW in their various functions'= NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that it congratulate MR.
