RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, the State Executive Board of the United
Public Workers will be honoring past presidents of the
UPW this month; and
WHEREAS, ADOLF SAMUELS, a farmer president of the
United Public Workers, is one of the honored and respected
members of our union; and
WHEREAS, MR. SAMUELS has contributed to the objectives and
goals of the UPW by his display of leadership and his sense of
duty to the cause;
NOW* THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII that it congratulate MR. ADOLF SAMUEL for his outstanding
service to the United Public Workers as past president of the UPW; and
BE IT FUROR RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and he is hereby
directed to forward a copy of this resolution to MR. ADOLF SAMUELS.
